Booking an Appointment

Renew Body Energy operates by appointment only. You can book your appointment online.
For same-day appointments, feel free to message us on Instagram, send an email, or give us a call.

Late Arrivals

We understand that unexpected situations happen. If you’re running late, please notify us in advance.

• Up to 10 minutes late – No impact on your session.

• 10 to 15 minutes late – Your treatment time may be shortened.

• More than 15 minutes late – Your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled if we are fully booked.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If your plans change, please inform us as soon as possible so we can accommodate other clients.

• Cancellations or rescheduling with more than 24 hours’ notice – No restrictions.

• Frequent last-minute rescheduling (twice in a row within 24 hours of the appointment) – Future bookings may require full prepayment.

No-Shows

​

We value your time and prepare for each session in advance. If you cannot attend, please notify us.

• Clients who miss an appointment without canceling (no-show) will be required to prepay for futur appointments.

Returns & Exchanges

If you experience an unexpected reaction to a product purchased from us, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase.
