Myofascial Facial Massage

Myofascial Facial Massage – Author's Technique Base Treatment Duration: 60 minutes (with optional extensions up to 105 minutes). Main Objective: Deep muscle and fascial tissue release, improvement of lymphatic drainage, and overall facial rejuvenation through a comprehensive approach. This procedure helps restore youthfulness and natural beauty of the face, neck, and décolleté. Steps of Base Treatment (60 minutes): 1. Preparatory Stage – 25 minutes: Platysma muscle: 10 minutes Upper Back Area (neck and shoulder zone): 10 minutes Scalp (hair-covered head area): 5 minutes Purpose: Improve posture, relieve tension, and prepare fascia for effective facial work. 2. Skin Cleansing and Preparation (lying on treatment table) – 5 minutes: Facial and neck cleansing with hypoallergenic gel. Toning treatment to balance skin pH. 3. Main Stage (lying) – 30 minutes: Neck – 15 minutes: Alternating right and left sides, working muscles and fascia horizontally and vertically. Face – 15 minutes: Facial muscle release from bottom to top, starting from jawline to forehead: Jawline (horizontal and vertical movements) Chin, lips, and orbicularis oris muscle (addressing nasolabial folds) Nose wings and nasal muscles Cheekbone area and cheek muscles Glabella (between eyebrows) Orbicularis oculi muscle (around the eyes) Forehead 4. Lymphatic Drainage Stage – 5 minutes: Gentle manual movements following natural lymphatic pathways, moving from the center of the face towards the periphery and down the neck. 5. Final Stage – Application of Moisturizing Cream: Base contains hyaluronic acid, argan oil, and 100% Pure Squalane for hydration and nourishment. Optional Additional Treatments (upon client's request): 1. Ultrasonic Deep Facial Cleansing (15 minutes): Deeply cleanses skin, removing impurities, excess sebum, and dead cells. Enhances skin texture and allows deeper penetration of active ingredients. Contraindications: Pregnancy, oncology conditions, cardiovascular diseases, skin diseases in acute stages. 2. Alginate Mask (15 minutes): Calms skin, reduces inflammation and redness after deep tissue work. Minimizes pores, enriches skin with nutrients and minerals. Maximizes and reinforces massage benefits. Suitable for all skin types, highly recommended after deep cleansing and massage. 3. LED Light Therapy Mask (8 colors, 15 minutes): Each color offers specific benefits: Red: Reduces wrinkles, stimulates collagen production. Blue: Antibacterial, treats acne and inflammation. Green: Evens skin tone, reduces pigmentation. Yellow: Calms skin, reduces redness. Purple: Enhances microcirculation, improves oxygenation of cells. Cyan: Balances oily skin. White: Skin tightening and regeneration. Contraindications: Epilepsy, pregnancy, oncology conditions, photosensitivity, thyroid disorders, use of photosensitizing medications. Available Treatment Durations: 60 minutes: Base Myofascial Facial Massage. 75–90 minutes: Base massage plus one or two additional treatments. 105 minutes: Base massage with the complete set of additional treatments. Each additional procedure enhances the overall effect, maximizing results for facial skincare.
